She has played an impeccable role as brand ambassador of Business Process Outsourcing in State of Qatar.
Besides being the Co-Founder and Director on Board for BPO+, Her Excellency is also the chairperson of the Board of Directors for Social Development Centre (SDC).

Dr. Tejinder Singh, a dynamic personality with uncanny foresight, great leadership ability & vision. A thorough professional, with 21 years of experience, is armed with a global outlook.
A Post Graduate in Commerce & Economics from Delhi University. He holds an MBA in international Business & is a Six Sigma – black belt besides being a PhD in Business Management from UK.
He has also educated on Software systems ( PGDCA ) & IT / Network systems ( MCP & MCSE+I ).
He has been responsible for the inception & transformation of new ventures in Back-office, voice and non-voice BPO and many other projects. He has marshalled a defining growth path for many assignments in India and overseas.
He has to his credit the Inception & creation of 1st largest domestic BPO of India named “Sparsh” way back in 2003-2005, creating an employment opportunity for 10000+ people, Prior to Sparsh, he had also created 2 different BPO setup in North of India for USA based healthcare industry which today employs more than 5000 people.
Continuing his signature trait, Dr Singh conceived BPO+ immediately post “Sparsh”, in 2006 when he stepped in Middle east with a dream of setting up an effective back office delivery system, which today is known as BPO+ ( Business Process Outsourcing ), known and awarded as ” Market Pioneers ” & ”largest 3rd-party BPO OSPs” at numerous occasions and platforms from Dubai to Turkey and Milan (Italy). He steered BPO+ from a small operation service of 45 employees in FY 2007 to one of the most reckoned BPO service provider with 650+ employees in Qatar & Oman region. The revenues of the company have grown from USD 0.5 Million to staggering USD 25 million in less than 5 years.
For his uniques contribution to the growing territory, He has been ranked twice ( 2010 & 2012 ) in GCC Indian Power list top 100, issued by ITP Group and also bestowed “CEO of the year 2010 for IT & BPO” by Arabian Business.
